Scheduling:
Appointments are released on the 1st of each month at 8pm.
Announcements are shared via Instagram and TikTok stories.
Returning clients receive priority booking access via email at 7pm.
Deposit:
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final balance.
For out-of-hours, same-day or emergency bookings, please refer to the “Emergency” section on my website.
Arrival:
Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this time, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.
Changes & Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your booking without affecting your deposit.
Changes made within 24–48 hours will require a new non-refundable deposit.
One reschedule is permitted per appointment within the same month.
Nail Prep:
Please arrive with bare, healthy nails. I do not soak off or work over another technician’s work and I do not work on severely damaged nails.
Guest Policy:
Please attend your appointment alone.
Due to limited space and the use of professional tools and products, the environment is not suitable for additional guests.
If you are unable to arrange childcare, please contact me in advance to discuss. Where agreed prior to your appointment, you may bring your child; however, you remain fully responsible for their supervision at all times.

Failure to attend without notice will result in a 50% service charge.
A second no-show will require 100% payment upfront for future bookings.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
Age Policy
Clients aged 16–17 must have a legal guardian present and/or written consent provided prior to the appointment.
